Payette Public Library

Library Card Applicants

Patrons will need a photo ID, plus proof of current address (utility bill, electric bill or phone bill). Patrons under 18 will need the above information in addition to a parent's sugnature. Child's parent must be present when the application is filled out.

Resident

A resident is anyone living within the Payette city limits. This patron pays city property tax (directly or indirectly) and recieves a resident card free.

Non-Resident

A non-resident is anyone living outside the Payette city limits. This patron pays $30.00 for a non-resident card that is good for one year from date of purchase.

Property Owner

A property owner is a patron living outside the Payette city limits, but who owns property within the city. This patron may recieve a resident card by bringing in a current tax receipt for the property.
